My last shirt hulking clip has been a real hit so Carl and I decided to film a brand new outdoor one. In the full version of this clip (on Musclefemme.com), you get to see the button holes tear apart from the front, then you get to see my back expand WAY beyond the constraints of the shirt as it splits apart in multiple places!!
This clip is a preview from the clip filmed yesterday (November 20th 2007) during my shoulder workout. I couldn't resist the opportunity to show off some muscle so I took off my top as Carl filmed this set!!
This video clip is from the CAPO Victorian Grip Challenge competition and shows my second and third lifts. My third lift has become a new Australian women's record and is 5 kgs (11 lbs) more than the official women's world record.
