I miss funny videos here. I tried to crush another weet melone between my hands (palms) but it exploded right to my face. I really did not expect it.... so I started laughing a lot....
I think it is funny, but several people told me it is rather disgusti
Two short shots of mine in training. First one - ab crunches with 176 lbs and second one - free pull ups with no support (10 reps) - last ones are not full because my elbow problems.
