I am dedicated to educating and inspiring people to reach their full potential in life through fitness and healthful lifestyle choices.
I am from the wonderful state of Minnesota and truly hope to live there again someday. I have served with the US Air Force and was introduced to bobybuilding at that time.
Bodybuilding has taught me what commitment and dicipline can do. It helped me overcome eating disorders and a very negative self image.
I try to be a good role model to younger girls and show them that a woman needn't be a twig or super skinny inorder to be accepted. It's a wonderful thing to be different and not follow the crowd.
I have won several BB competitions and bench press competitions... My latest thing is kayaking down the river... What a workout that is!
I always tell my clients that "ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE" (you can take that quote to the bank!)
